The high-rise residential complex in the Qiansanmen area is the first large-scale use of a large-scale formwork building system in Beijing, completed by industrialized and

standardized construction methods.

The residence is located on Xuanwumen West Street, with

excellent traffic conditions. It is surrounded by public

facilities such as education and shopping malls. However,

the public open space is far away from the residence, and

the residents lack open communication space.

There are only long and tortuous public corridors in the public open space in residential buildings. It is common for residents to occupy the corridors to place sundries.

It is common for residents to build privately. This not only affects the aesthetics, but also poses a safety hazard.

The interior layout is unreasonable, there is no dining room or living room. The kitchen and bathroom area is too small and the function is not perfect. The interior layout appears crowded and cluttered.

Street-facing businesses lack overall planning. The existing green belt planning and construction level is low. The public green space is small, and the public activity venues and facilities are insufficient.

There is no living room and dining room. The kitchen and bathroom are too small and their functions are not perfect; although the two bedrooms are moderate in size, they are messy because they accommodate functions such as living and dining; the entrance corridor is limited by the area and can only be used as a traffic space; the storage room is arranged The washing machine, but due to lack of water, can only be moved to the bathroom; the balcony is mostly used for storage and drying clothes. Apartments do not achieve effective cross ventilation.
