  • Balcony area is only 7.425 m²,  limited places to get sunlight.

  • Cabinets on either side of the balcony block the sunlight

  • The canopies outside the windows affect the building appearance

I’d like to have a larger balcony, where I can enjoy sunshine with my families together. It’s important to get sunshine everyday.

  • Bathroom room window is facing to the corridor 

  • Neighbouring balcony window is only 5.7 metres away.

  • Residents install safety shields over the exsiting window by themselves to avoid thief.

  • The use of safety shields tend to damage the thermal insulation and waterproof layer of the external walls, and cause water leakage, which is be very difficult to repair.

  • The safety shields is fixed, so it will not allow people to escape during fire.

I can hear people walking pass by the window, when I am showering. 

ISSUE 3 DISORDER IN COMMUNAL SPACE

  • Basement becomes a garbage bin to store large useless item. 

  • Cars parking on the main road which is not the proper parking area.

  • No communal space around apartment  for residents to rest and communicate.

I'd like to have a outdoor communal space in my building, so that I can enjoy sunlight when I'm free and also communicate with neighbors
